最近研究了一下空难[作揖]

空中浩劫快看完了

调查出来的空难原因：飞机硬件(大多数因为引擎坏了，基本都是引擎爆炸着火)或者电脑系统突然故障，空管指挥不当，地勤修理不当，机组人员疲劳驾驶或飞行员错误操作等飞行技术问题，鸟突然出现，地图不对，极端天气如暴风雨冰雹，货仓中锂电池着火，恐怖分子劫机或有人想自杀，checklist太长机组没时间check完，机组到死都不知道什么原因导致飞机失控而乘客知道原因却无法与机组交流……

新知识：

1.飞机爆炸着火后的烟是有毒的，很多人是被烟雾毒死的而不是被烧死

2.坐在飞机靠后的位置存活机率更大？？？

3.海上迫降不成功的话全靠自己的游泳实力了 4.空难大多数是因为人为因素

5.世界民航一步一步的程序规范化都是因每一次的空难用生命的代价改革的

6.延误的时候，机长可能比你还着急

7.年代久了的飞机基本都有问题，机组再神都没用……

8.不要在客舱里给救生衣充气

9.黑匣子是橙色的，事故中被焚烧后才会变成真.黑匣子

10.安检是个好东西，国外也需要了解一下我们的安检强度

11.红眼航班在安全系数上讲还是挺……

最刷新我认知的是：绝大多数空难发生的时间是：起飞和降落阶段

感想：

1.不要住在机场附近

2.要学会游泳

3.一定要好好安检！

4.延误真的没有关系，确认飞行环境安全了再飞很有必要！所以一定要买延误险！

1.阿拉斯加航空261号 迫降时机翼解体螺旋坠海，全体伤亡（维修人员和资本主义的锅）

2.联合航空811号 行程中途舱门解体，伤亡9人，其中一人父母查明事故原因（这集父母太强大了，对美国波音好感度完全贬为负值）

3.秘鲁航空603号 因飞机起飞前空速管防尘罩没拿掉导致机体和塔台所有数据上报错误致使飞机失速从空坠海集体伤亡（目前看到最荒谬的事故原因。想到了三体2，地球人败于三体舰队的原因）

4.全美航空1549号班机 电影《萨利机长》素材来源！原机长Chesley Sullenberger，整季最镇定机长。 事故起因是飞机上两具引擎撞上鸟而失去动力，但机长发现不能掉头立刻折返机场，又迫于当时飞机高度及下降速率无法让客机安全降落于泰特伯勒机场只好紧急水上迫降。brace for impact那句真的原地帅哭我！甚至在坠入哈德逊河之前那段对话：“you got any ideas?”“absolutely not. ”真的是迄今为止见过面对事故心态最强大也是最冷静霸气甚至自带幽默体质的机长。就连已经坠河都能稳住机身，没有解体甚至连玻璃都没碎。不管看几遍都觉得是人间奇迹。可以说是史诗级降落，致敬这位伟大的机长！：P. S.俗话说得好，“早起的飞机有鸟撞”。（滑稽脸）

5.瑞士航空111号 原本目的是给头等舱乘客提供更好的观影赌博等享受服务没想到智能系统导致线路起火，起初机组人员没在意导致问题急剧恶化最终造成不可逆的后果（撞机加速度350G。。。），甚至最后六分钟线路断线两台记录仪均没有记录到任何信息导致起火点不明，最终还是在几百万碎片拼图中发现的原因（耗费一年多把碎片拼成一架飞机，真的需要感谢专业人士这么严谨认真的态度）。真，娱乐至死。（这集的机组人员过于教条，原本还是有机会提前迫降）

6.土耳其航空1951号班机 引擎中途事故无法提供动力导致飞机从空坠机断成三截（其实这次班机还是有机组人员的问题，机长带新人导致分心没注意飞行速度），幸运的是这次坠机在软土上大量乘客生还，但是三位飞行员全部遇难（空难电脑的锅真的是不少。。。）

7.越洋航空236号 右侧2号引擎发生漏油（YouTube断了hhhhh），机长被迫海上迫降（是的没错，副机长一整个愣住-），虽然之前误判了但是全程十分冷静有策略，爆了8个胎之后成功在中道降落，最后机长依旧一副镇定脸说道“I told you I will make it”hhhhhhhh这机长从起飞到出事故到跑道滑翔一路自信到底（最后采访才知道机长原来是魁北克人，操一口法式英语，真实情况也是很喜感），这集甚至有点莫名心疼副机长hhhhhh（出事故机组人员的应变能力是必要的，机长的心态也尤其重要）

8.中华航空006号班机 这集终于没立经验丰富的flag毕竟是机长首次手动驾驶。起因是飞机进入云层导致机长看不到地平线失去方向感开启手动驾驶，最后飞机失速突然俯冲，机舱里的乘客“was pop down like popcorn”，人们被撞向墙壁，杯盘和食物都飞来飞去，置物箱中的行李不断撞向乘客，甚至可以听到柳丁弹出的声音……可以想象当时情形是有多么危急，基本可以用“不断下降的空中滚筒”来形容当时的飞行状态。奇迹的是疯狂翻滚的747穿过云层后开始停止俯冲，但是重力方向发生变化，乘客承受着自身体重五倍的力量。这波过去飞机又失速急剧下坠，在所有人都基本认命的情况下，飞机速度突然上升并且还在空中翻了个跟头，机速和俯冲的力道把起落架舱门都扯下来了。。。就是在这种情况下机长都能把飞机操控至原来的正常状态，而且引擎居然奇迹般恢复正常，这波可以说是上帝向华航006抛出一条地平线并赠送了一个完好的引擎。同时致敬这位驾机能力出神入化的机长，能将机舱所有人员从鬼门关拉出绝对不乏机长的功劳。神机组再加上被上帝眷顾的运气可以说完全是动作电影里才能见到的情形了……（这集印象真的极其深刻而且代入感非常强，生与死真的只是一瞬间的事。空难情形下不仅要考验机组人员的水平有时候真的需要极佳的运气。当然如果相信奇迹，奇迹没准真的就会出现。）

1⃣️第一集’unlocking disaster’

事故航班：联合航空811号

航线：夏威夷檀香山➡️新西兰奥克兰

事故日期：1989年2月24日

遇难人数：9人（346人生还）

事故原因：波音747的重大设计缺陷，为了增加货舱的空间，将门设计为向外开启，且C型阀门关闭时不能主动切断电源，导致飞行途中机门打开。

警诫：一定要系安全带！是真的保你命的！

2⃣️第二集’racing the storm’

事故航班：美国航空1420号

航线：得克萨斯州达拉斯➡️阿肯色州小石城

事故日期：1991年6月1日

遇难人数：11人（134人生还）

事故原因：航空公司为求准时到站，安排了雷暴天气的急促行程，驾驶员抱有侥幸心理做出了一系列冒险选择并在慌乱中忘记启动扰流板降落。

警诫：恶劣天气飞机延误不要抱怨，一切都是为了大家的安全。

3⃣️第三集’fire on board’

事故航班：瑞士航空111号

航线：美国纽约➡️瑞士日内瓦

事故日期：1998年9月2日

遇难人数：229人

事故原因：麦道11机型在头等舱安装了娱乐系统却并未安装开关和冷却系统，电线过热引燃绝缘物，绝缘物又引燃其他材料，进而引发火灾烧断电线，电子元件失灵导致坠毁。

4⃣️第四集‘flying blind’

事故航班：秘鲁航空603号

航线：秘鲁利马➡️智利圣地亚哥

事故日期：1996年10月2日

遇难人数：70人

事故原因：工人清洁飞机时用胶布贴住静压孔（例行程序，起保护作用），但事后忘记撕下胶布，导致仪表数据错乱、警报相互矛盾。

警诫：尽量乘坐白天的航班。

5⃣️第五集’cutting corners’

事故航班：阿拉斯加航空261号

航线：墨西哥瓦雅塔港➡️美国旧金山

事故日期：2000年1月31日

遇难人数：88人

事故原因：航空公司为了节省成本，牺牲了维修保养和安全程序，将两次检查间隔时间延长，对伸缩螺桿上油不足导致，以及飞机存在设计缺陷，没有失效安全的设计。

警诫：

1.汽车跟飞机一样，一定要按照要求“按时”保养，不能为了省钱或懒，拖延保养时间，因为有些零部件一旦超过了保养时效，是真的容易引发事故；

2.尽可能不选择廉价航空，你不知道航空公司为了节省成本会造成怎样的安全隐患。

6⃣️第六集’flying on empty’

事故航班：越洋航空236号

航线：加拿大多伦多➡️葡萄牙里斯本

事故日期：2001年8月24日

遇难人数：0人（319人生还）

事故原因：维修不当，航空公司等不及新零件送达，于是技工就使用一个旧引擎的零件替代，但尺寸不合适，管路不断摩擦导致油管破裂，在飞越大西洋时漏尽燃料，最终滑翔降落在一个空军基地。

只为加深印象随手写下的个人笔记，内容非常之粗糙，如果您想详细了解每集的内容，可以复制飞机编号到某度百科，会有你想知道的一切。

S01E01 美国航空1420号（MD82） • 1991/6/1 夜间• 德克萨斯-小岩城 • 着落时冲出跑道 • 11人遇难 多人受伤 • 飞机原本试图从【强烈雷暴】间不断变窄的缝隙穿堂而过，但强烈多变的风切气流不得不迫使机组放弃这一铤而走险的计划，决定改航从反方向进场着落，这一决策不仅让雷暴区离开了天气雷达弧形监控范围，也给风暴的步步紧逼埋下了伏笔，恶劣诡变的极端天气给飞机着落设置了重重障碍，同时狂风推搡下飞机开始剧烈晃动，机组在惊慌失措中忘记打开减速的【扰流板】，这一致命失误最终致使飞机在地面着落时疯狂滑行，直至撞上机场外的天桥引发机毁与伤亡。

S01E02 联合航空811号（波音747） • 1989/2/24夜间 • 檀香山-奥克兰 • 返航安全降落 • 9人空中遇难 • 该机型位于飞机右侧货舱门的固定器以及电控程序存在【设计缺陷】，前者波音公司曾通告航空公司但尚未引起足够重视，后者则是在此次空难后才被调查者发现，因而导致飞行途中存在隐患的舱门瞬间脱落使机身出现巨大缺口，并接连造成爆炸失压、引擎报废、襟翼失灵等一系列空中险情，幸而最后在机组果敢的决策与稳健操控下，没有让飞机在返航途中失去控制，才有惊无险安全着陆。

S01E03 越洋航空236号空中巴士（A300-200） • 2001/8/24 夜间 • 多伦多-里斯本 • 亚速尔群岛空军基地迫降• 全部获救 • 据现有资料分析，该机作业五天前曾有过一次例行【维修】，其中更新右引擎的零件时因缺失了新的相关组件，维修工继续沿用了规格有差异的旧的油管托架，并上报过上级但并未引起重视，所以在此次飞行中油管互相摩擦最终导致破裂引发燃油泄露，当飞机响起油压油温异常与燃料不平衡异常警报后，机长却认为是电脑故障的误报，完全没有想到是油管漏油所致，且按照例行程序开启了燃料交换阀以达到燃料平衡，40分钟后燃料泄露殆尽引擎完全停摆，飞机启用底部的冲压式涡轮机维持飞机的基本操控，滑翔近20分钟后迫降拉日什空军基地，但着落时已超过了安全降速以及刹车效能减弱，着落时产生的巨大惯性依然造成十余人受伤，幸运的是飞机并没有冲出跑道，不然后果不堪设想（这可是海岛，跑道尽头就是悬崖）。

S01E04 瑞士航空111号班机 （MD11）• 1998/9/2夜间 • 纽约-瑞士 • 大西洋海域 • 229人全部遇难 • 飞机头等舱加装的【高端娱乐系统】存在诸多安全隐患，该系统既不受客舱汇流条制约，增加了电力负荷又没有相关的冷却措施，由此引发了电路短路，继而产生电弧并引燃了PET隔热层等可燃材料，火势不断扩大后破坏了飞机整个电路系统，且蔓延到驾驶舱内部，致使飞机在难以正常操控下坠海。这次海难开启了加拿大历史上规模最大的一次事故调查，间接导致瑞航3年后破产（后重组），和对飞机各种材料可燃性的重新评估和全面升级。

S01E05 秘鲁航空603号（波音757） • 1996/10/2夜间 • 利马-圣地亚哥 • 太平洋海域 • 70人全部遇难 • 该客机测量动静气压的舱孔在【工人清洁时贴上胶带后忘记撕除】，而随后督察和机组进行航前验收时仍未排除解决该问题，致使后面飞机升空后高度表和空速表全部显示异常，随后自相矛盾的各类警报此起彼涨:超速、失速、近地警报、方向舵警讯…驾驶室乱作一团，而利马塔台接收呈报给机组的实时数据也是无稽的误报，从而进一步混淆了判断与视听，随后机长决定启用仪表降落系统企图寻找线路迫降，这时飞机早已逼近海面，当机组意识到时也已无力回天。

S01E06 阿拉斯加航空261号（MD83） • 2001/1/31 • 墨西哥-旧金山 • 洛杉矶海域坠毁 • 88人全部遇难 • 管理层忽视【定期维护与保养】，致使水平尾翼内部的螺杆耗损严重，飞行中保持水平的重要部件安定面由此失控，发现故障后经验丰富的机组极力稳定住航行状态，但于事无补在迫降过程中水平尾翼翘起，飞机完全失去平衡后垂直俯冲坠海。

空中浩劫S01E01 波音在747上更换了货仓门闩的设计，本应切断的电力在关舱之后并没有发生，再加上钢换铝之后的强度不够导致舱门电路一旦发生短路，门就会自动打开。波音和FAA虽然已经在一次事故中发现了隐患但为了节约成本延长飞机更换舱门的期限。最终联合航空811次航班执飞檀香山到奥克兰航线终于在两万三千尺高度发生舱门撕裂，进而导致三号引擎全部四号引擎部分失效，虽然驾驶员凭借高超技术在超重超速情况下成功迫降，但机舱撕裂处五排座位九名乘客却被甩到飞机外丧生。 S01E02 1999年6月1日，受限于美联航派遣的压力，1420航班机长不得不在一片雷暴中执行航班任务。就在快要到达目的地机场时，受限于强风切变，机长决定反方向顺风着陆，机头的雷达便无法扫描雷暴云位置，再加上小机场雷达精密度不够，机长在一片狂风暴雨中根本看不到机场位置只能放弃目视采用无线电指引。种种操作令他焦头烂额却在着陆时忘了最基础的拉起扰流板，最终飞机着陆后无法减速冲出跑道装上天桥，机上十名乘客及机长本人丧命。 S01E03 1998年9月2日，当时最早一批头等舱拥有娱乐系统的MD11飞机瑞士航空111次从纽约飞往瑞士。起飞后驾驶舱空调背后线路起火开始冒烟，机长向空管发出PanPanPan信号告警并准备迫降。迫降预计25分钟同时进行故障检查20分钟，然后和目标机场高度过高距离过近再加上需要放油开始盘旋。然而火势越来越大，机上系统陆续失灵与空管失联后不久便坠海，甚至因为火势黑匣子都失效。调查人员大海捞针找出了产生电弧的电线，正是由于娱乐系统过热并且没有被汇流条开关正确关闭引起，再加上与驾驶舱的隔热隔音材料却是良好的助燃剂才引发了最终350G的坠海事故。 S01E04 秘鲁航空603次执飞波音757，驾驶员上飞机即立flag，飞机仪表比瑞士表还要精准，然后就是这个高度表和空速表起飞后便开始不动。随后虽然恢复了表面的正常，但是舱内频频出现相反的告警，例如超速与失速的警告同时响起，一边显示一万英尺的高度一边狂报近地撞击警告。最终驾驶员在一千犹豫操作中让飞机坠海，全部70人无人幸免。而这却只是因为地勤清洗时在静压孔上贴上的胶布忘了取下，从而导致了飞行员在夜间失去目视之后又丧失了仪表辅助驾驶的能力。 S01E05 2000年1月31日，美国阿拉斯加航空261号执飞MD83飞机起飞后水平安定面卡死，飞机开始低头，驾驶员推测驱动马达故障尝试重启失败后，关闭自动驾驶大力拉杆爬升，飞机在经历连续俯冲之后勉强被控制住。随后安定面突然彻底甩开失效，飞机从一万八千英尺开始垂直俯冲直至坠海，88名乘客和机组人员无一幸免。 MD83飞机采用t形尾翼+全动平尾的设计，调查发现由于驱动平尾运动的伸缩螺杆机构内部的螺纹被磨平而导致了平尾的卡死，驾驶员几次的尝试驱动最终导致螺帽脱落安定面甩开，而最初的滑丝仅仅因为航司为了减少开销延长两次维护时间间隔最终导致螺杆螺帽间失去润滑能力。当然麦道公司仅靠一个螺杆螺帽来支撑水平安定面而没有备用冗余也是重要的设计缺陷。 S01E06 驾驶员究竟是英雄还是罪魁祸首？2001年8月24日，越洋航空236号航班空客A320驾驶员因为右发漏油燃料耗尽而打开油料交换开关，尽管在此之前计算机一直报告油温过低油压过高之后也不断发出燃料即将耗尽的警告，但他扔固执认为must be the computer是计算机的故障而没有关掉交换开关，最终离在机场157km的高空两台发动机全部停车开始滑翔。好在冲压空气涡轮机启动发电为液压提供动力，驾驶员此时墨镜一戴谁也不爱开始展现真正的技术尽管以高速砸地爆了八个轮胎但仍然安全停了下来。 事后发现五天前的一次地面维修，明明发动机配套液压管为老款，航司仍然逼迫地勤坑机组将它换上，导致飞行过程中与输油管不断摩擦最终磨破了输油管发生了泄油事故。而驾驶员的处理究竟是直接凶手或是英雄机长却从此没有了处理结果。
